Our double shaft plastic shredder machine is designed for efficient processing of thin-walled waste products including buckets, baskets, films, and woven bags. Available in small to medium sizes with various output capacities, this machine produces uniform particle sizes suitable for direct sale or further processing.

We use the machine mainly for PP conduits, and the slotting precision is consistent. Tool change is quick, and alignment stays accurate. Good build quality and smooth operation.

The extrusion speed is impressive. Board surfaces show minimal marks, and edge straightness is maintained well. Easy for operators to adjust parameters using the PLC system.
